UPDATE: It appears the cell is weakening and breaking up as it passes through Douglas County.
UPDATE: Ken Cook with Fox 5 is expecting the storm to track more northerly, possibly hitting Powder Springs and Lithia Springs by 9:30pm.
A tornado warning has been issued for Carroll County until 8:45pm. The system appears to be moving East-North-East, which will bring it into Douglas, Cobb and South Fulton counties, and possibly into southern Paulding. Residents are advised to continue monitoring local stations, the weather.gov website and this website for updates.
