HAZARD… WINDS UP TO 40 MPH… FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAIN.

IMPACT… PEOPLE OUTDOORS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. EXPECT MINOR DAMAGE TO TREE LIMBS AND BLOWING AROUND OF LIGHT… UNSECURED OBJECTS.
